Terms of Service — MoroccanChapter

1. Definitions

Platform: MoroccanChapter (moroccanchapter.com). Host: any person or entity listing a stay or experience. Traveler: any person booking through the platform. Listing: a stay or experience published on the platform.

2. MoroccanChapter’s Role

MoroccanChapter acts as an intermediary between hosts and travelers. We are not a party to the rental agreement between hosts and travelers.

3. Host Obligations

Hosts must provide accurate information, honor confirmed bookings, maintain listed standards, and comply with Moroccan regulations.

4. Traveler Obligations

Travelers must provide accurate booking information, respect house rules, and honor cancellation policies.

5. Commission

MoroccanChapter charges a 15% service fee on each completed booking.

6. Cancellations

Cancellation policies (flexible, moderate, strict) are defined per listing and displayed before booking.

7. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Casablanca courts.
