1. Prices

All prices are displayed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) including all taxes.

2. Payment Methods

We accept: bank transfer, cash on arrival (selected listings), and online payment (coming soon).

3. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment or explicit host confirmation.

4. Service Fee

A 15% service fee (excl. VAT) is applied to each booking. This fee covers platform services, host dashboard, and customer support.

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7 business days according to the applicable cancellation policy.
